Our customers demand a high-performance supplier and to continue to meet this demand we are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join our well established and successful team to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term Key Customers by understanding their on-going business requirements.
The role will cover South & South East England, with overnight stays where appropriate.
Job Duties:
- As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term Key Account customers of ADI.
- You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual benefits for both parties. A strategic account mindset and approach is essential to the role.
- The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
- You will work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver revenue growth and increased share of wallet with our customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience for all involved.
- To promote and increase sales by developing and managing relationships with existing Key Account customers.
- To win new business from our competitors by building relationships with their key customers
- To prospect and close new business or increased opportunities with current customers.
- To provide support to customers and the branch network to meet the Company objectives in Sales, Profit, Margin improvement and Service Quality.
- To be aware of new innovations in the market through technical training on a regular basis and attending product seminars.
- To engage fully with all periodic sales campaigns and strategies.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Serve as the link of communication between key customers, internal teams, and branches.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- You have track record of success within the Smart Home, Fire & Security, Video Surveillance, Residential and Commercial AV, Data Communications & Networking, Tools & Hardware and Wire & Cable, Intrusion and Access Control in a sales role. Good communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organisational levels
