Are you a highly motivated individual with exceptional organisational skills and a knack for problem-solving? As our Junior Sales Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our operations, product, and leadership teams to drive revenue from agencies and clients.
You'll work under the direct supervision of the Head of Business Development, with opportunities to work closely with the senior team to enhance and develop your current skills. This is a fantastic chance for an innovative and commercially minded person to make their mark within our expanding firm.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to manage day-to-day operations.
- Review inbound leads and accurately qualify new leads.
- Manage your time efficiently to achieve your targets.
- Work closely with your manager to refine your approach.
- Always put the customer first, and communicate effectively to understand their needs.
- Create bespoke packages for clients to fit their unique needs.
- Build strong relationships with new customers to promote future business.
Qualifications:
- Strong client-facing skills and experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Natural ability to build relationships with clients.
- Ambitious and driven with a desire to be the best.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and listening skills.

Salary: £25,008.65-£27,861.45 per year
