We are looking for a Customer Sales Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing accurate information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
General duties:
- Working on warm sales leads generated by a closely-linked telemarketing team
- Selling market-leading insurance products to prospective clients
- Retaining repeat business at times through excellent service standards
- Moniter KPI's and market trends
This position is entry level, so no previous experience is required! All we are looking for is someone proactive and eager to learn new skills. You must aso be coachable and open to working in a challenging, yet fun, environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
