The role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join us on our growth journey. This is a very rewarding role as you`ll be responsible for running the full life cycle of a project, being involved in the delivery from start to finish and you will see the impact of the work you are doing.

As a Junior Project Manager you`ll oversee the implementation of new RingGo systems to a variety of customers throughout the UK, predominantly Local Authorities. You`ll communicate directly with the clients using a variety of methods including frequent face to face meetings at their premises. Based on the incoming projects, this involves travel throughout the United Kingdom to meet clients and you will be responsible for installing a range of signage types in car parks and on street, regardless of weather - rain or shine we get the job done!

You will contribute & make an impact through:

  • Collaborating with colleagues across different functions and providing support, both remote and onsite, to Sales, Account, and product specialists. This may include product demonstrations and training and will include extensive UK wide travel.
  • Produce and maintain relevant project documentation.
  • Ensure that departmental processes and procedures are followed, including checklists, sign-off procedures, etc.


We don’t think one size fits all, but a successful candidate might have the following:

  • Experience managing several small projects concurrently and independently
  • Able to prioritise, manage and track multiple activities and tasks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications.
  • Flexibility to travel where the role requires
  • Full UK Drivers licence and own transport
  • Resilience with the ability to think on your feet and adapt quickly to change
  • Strong Customer Service ethos.
  • An interest in problem solving and resolution.
  • Some experience with DIY and use of hand tools, with the ability to work at low heights.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

  • A-Level qualifications/Equivalent or greater.
  • Strong PC application skills – eg MS office and Google suites
  • Exposure to controlled software deployment. Knowledge of Project management frameworks is advantageous.
  • Exposure to a ticket management system such as ServiceNow / Freshdesk / TOPDesk
