Job description

We are looking to recruit a Real Estate Manager.

The candidate will be able to demonstrate knowledge in the following areas:

· Leases, Licences, Rent Review, Dilapidations, Lease Renewals, Licence for Alterations, Schedule of Conditions, Wayleave Documents

· Landlord and Tenant management of the portfolio

· Dealing with general property management enquiries relating to the portfolio

· To obtain quotes and instruct contractors on works required throughout the portfolio

· Conduct and report on inspections throughout the portfolio

· Business rates

· Facilities management

· H&S

· Letting / Viewings of vacant space

The candidate should:

• Have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in estate management
• Have Full UK Driver’s Licence
• Have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
• Have excellent written skills and abilities to produce high-quality reports
• Have excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Property Management: 1 year (preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
