This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to promote Clyde’s unique approach and Best Estate Agent Guide 2022 award winning service. We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic, organised, personable and pro-active team member who will be flexible in their approach to all aspects of our business.
Acting as first point of contact for reactive maintenance, the role will be primarily customer focused on the telephone as well as answering online enquiries (emails and Fixflo repair management software) dealing with Landlord clients, Tenants and Contractors.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a highly organised and positive attitude, strong work ethic, great communication skills and most importantly be able to cope with the busy and varied nature of property management.
Previous estate agency or letting experience would be advantageous.
Strong IT skills are a must.
Core hours:
Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
35 hours per week
Annual Salary DOE: £20,000 - £25,000
Flexibility is required to cover Saturday rotas and our office opening hours. Competitive salary, holiday entitlement and employee benefits.
