Over the last few years, we have been expanding our learning solutions ecosystem to support our People Commitments and to accelerate our collective impact. Supporting proper usage, resolution of issues, testing and continuous improvement for our learning solutions are key parts of sustaining usage and driving business value. With this internship, we would like to reinforce our ability to support these day-to-day activities as part of our learning ecosystem.

Responsibilities

As part of this role, you will support the Learning Solutions team with:

Testing new features/functionalities, releases, and defects
Triaging tickets/queries from our stakeholder community.
Support our stakeholders in understanding how we manage service requests for our solutions.
Supporting select stakeholders with how to use key functionalities and raising some service requests on their behalf.
Maintaining and optimising our general documentation on functionality and design decisions, auditing for gaps where needed.
Summarising notes and impacts based on new releases.
Developing change management materials and communications, documenting changes to our configuration
Collating feedback on our solutions to ensure continuous improvement.
Support the planning and preparation of a continuous improvement calendar.
Following up with regions, as needed, to ensure they are cleaning up redundant accounts/access to our learning solutions.
Support in planning and execution of tasks related to learning solutions projects.
Support any other run activities for learning solutions as needed.

Will have:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. Experience or knowledge of learning management systems or learning technology tools would be a bonus.
Ability to understand complex processes and concepts and translate into something anyone can understand.
Experience in using video editing and content editing tools.
Proactive and takes own initiative.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong written and spoken English is essential - other languages optional.
Eligible to work in the UK.
Available for a 12-month internship beginning September 2023.
