Trainee Claims Handler
*ENTRY LEVEL – FULL TRAINING PROVIDED!*
Based in our Ipswich waterfront office, Claims Settlement Agencies Limited are looking for Trainee Insurance Claim Handlers to join our fast growing team across various forms of insurance including travel, weddings, gadget, financial failure and personal accident.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Handle claims from inception to conclusion, whether this be settlement or repudiation
- Assist the customer with any queries, whether this be via telephone or written communication
- Able to identify potential fraud and recovery opportunities
- Ability to manage own workload and assist with others where/when needed
- Able to work to daily minimum targets
Essential Skills:
- Computer literate
- Familiar with Excel, Word
- Previous experience in claims handling desired but not essential
