Job Description
Eversure Infinity is an exciting and fast-growing software startup dedicated to building a forward- thinking ecosystem for EV drivers in the UK. We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic and UI/UX
Designer to join our team. As a designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences that align with our brand identity and meet the needs of our target audience.
Responsibilities
- Design and create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, social media, and marketing materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into compelling design concepts
- Develop intuitive and engaging user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) that enhance usability and navigation
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement and optimise the user experience
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and best practices in graphic design,
- UI/UX, and digital media
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless implementation of designs
- Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights to enhance overall user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Graphic and UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including web and mobile interfaces, branding, and marketing collateral
- Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices in UI/UX design
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering actionable insights
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for typography, color theory, and composition
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Strong communication skills to present and explain design concepts and rationale to stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in design deliverables
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a plus
- Must be settled and have the right to work in the UK.
