Our Engineers are responsible for diagnosing and repairing faulty products that have returned to our Headquarters in Braintree!

We are seeking a Junior Engineer to join our team! This role does not require any previous engineering experience, as full training will be provided!

What are my responsibilities?

• Assess products requiring inspection in the workshop
• Work within a team to process daily throughput
• Ensure that the workspace is kept today, and tools are accounted for
• To carry out inspection and repairs on customer premises as and when required
• To help spot trends with products and faults and report back to senior management
• Maintain written and computerised reports regarding work carried out on products
• Provide advice and support via phone to customers and colleagues

What skills are required?

• Technically minded – no previous experience with mobility products is required
• Must be self-motivated, polite, and professional as well as having the ability to work independently and as a team
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent communication and social skills
