Sales Customer Advisor
Job summary:
As a Sales Customer Advisor working at our Aston Martin dealership in Leeds, you will be responsible for building rapport with our customers and converting every type of enquiry into sales. More importantly, you will ensure that every customer experiences the very best service from the moment they enter the showroom to the point they pick up their new car!

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering an outstanding level of customer service at all times, ensuring the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public, in order to deliver the highest level of customer experience.- Establishing strong relationships with customers built on trust, ensuring that all interaction with the customer is simple and transparent.
- Maintaining clear, accurate and branded communication with customers through all contact channels.
- Actively set out to achieve and exceed departmental objectives.
- Follow all internal procedures to ensure all vehicles are handed over at the time and in the condition agreed with the customer.
- Ensuring all Brand standards are always adhered to.
Qualifications:
Previous experience within a sales or customer service orientated environment. You might be working within a customer facing role or had experience speaking with customers and now want to take your experience to the next level or within a different industry.- A can do attitude with a winning mentality, with the drive and determination to be the best.
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Exceptional customer facing and interpersonal skills to enable difficult situations to be overcome professionally and successfully.
- A valid driving licence which is free from excessive penalties.
JCT600 has developed a fast track course that is designed to provide confidence and competence in delivering a seamless and personalised sales experience that is compliant and professional. We will ensure that throughout your career you have the opportunity to enhance your skills through continuous internal and external training programs including brand accreditation courses. This could include completing the Vehicle Sales NVQ level 2 and 3.
