Junior Commercial Analyst (hybrid role – 3 days in Portsmouth HQ per week)

With our recent £300 million funding we are looking to grow and expand our very successful Sales & Marketing Team.
About the Commercial Team
Due to business growth, we are looking for a Junior Commercial Data Analyst to support the Sales & Marketing department. Within this team we use commercial data from multiple platforms to monitor, analyse, and drive sales and marketing performance across multiple channels, products, and promotions. We also develop and run commercial processes for the sales and marketing team.
What we are looking for
We are looking for analytical, inquisitive and data driven individuals who possess the ability to ‘look beyond the numbers’ and identify trends and patterns with a view to using these insights commercially to support business growth. This position would be ideal for recent graduates or entry level candidates.
As a Junior Commercial Data Analyst you will:
- Support the growth of sales and marketing presence across multiple cities.
- Collate and analyse data in preparation for sales and marketing reporting.
- Manage data quality across the various sales and marketing platforms toob employs.
- Assess the effectiveness of sales activities and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Drive automation and optimisation improvements to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of commercial activity.

In return, we offer a basic salary of £27k – £32k and great benefits.
