The position is a minimum of 2 days. The ideal candidate will be available to cover additional days were required.
Shifts run between 5pm 11pm & Day time shifts available which run between 9am - 5pm.
Starting wage of £9.50 , Potential to go up to £9.75 following a successful probationary period and meeting the required standards.
We are looking for a professional, customer-oriented individual to join our team as a General Receptionist. The main responsibility of this position is to greet and help our guests, as well as answer questions and direct them to the appropriate person or area. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as a committed desire to become an integral part of an exciting and growing hotel.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer service calls.
- Answer questions regarding the hotel.
- Check in and check out guests.
- Answer customer service calls, directly interacting with customers to answer any questions or concerns they may have.
- General cleaning duties.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week
Salary: £9.50-£9.75 per hour
