Job Title: Junior Administrative Assistant
Salary: £22,000 - £29,000
Location: Chelmsford (100% Office Based)

We are looking for someone to join our Internal Operations team. As a member of the operations team, you will be ensuring that our applications are processed with great attention to detail and within fast timeframes.
This would suit someone who has previously been a: Sales Administrator, Customer Service Advisor or Customer Support Officer.
Requirements
- Checking loan applications and working with our sales teams to obtain missing information and support operational tasks
- Working through pending applications each day to ensure the correct documents and accuracy of information
- Take responsibility in application targets and help achieve them
- Working through lender communications each day and ensuring our systems reflect accurately
- Ensure the brokering team are aware of and following lender rules and requests
- Actively take feedback from the brokering team and improve internal processes
- Conduct operational and reporting activity to ensure the smooth running of the business
The team currently work towards the following KPI’s:
- Ensuring application numbers are hit
- Liaising with team leaders to ensure quality assurance
- Understanding rejected applications and assisting with amending information
- Calling up clients for missing documents
- Understanding trends to help better processes
About you:
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced business environment.
- Previous experience of working in administration role
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Experience working with Outlook, Word, Excel
- The ideal candidate will need to be ambitious, approachable, target driven and sociable
- Confident with a can-do attitude
