Job description
Summary of Position:
Westley Richards & Company are looking for an experienced conscientious cleaner to join their team at their premises in the heart of Birmingham City.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a very high standard of cleanliness throughout the building
- Sweep, Vacuum, and Polish office spaces
- Mop and clean surfaces in Retail Showroom
- Mop workspace floors
- Ensure all bins are emptied and disposed of Daily
- Service two apartments on top floor
- Ensure glass panels are smear free
- Sweep and mop reception and staircases
- Clean and sanitise all toilets, kitchen/rest break areas
- Maintain a good level of stock and ensure all cleaning products are replenished
Person Specifications:
The candidate needs to have experience cleaning to a high standard and being able to work independently
Hours of work:
3 shifts per week equating to 16 hours per week.
