WANTED CLEANERS (2 POSITION) IN ARVIAT NUNAVUT – EPLS PROPERTIES LTD

Duties of regular cleaning of assigned spaces owned by EPLS will include but not limited to vacuuming, dusting, trash collection and disinfecting fixtures and surfaces

Reporting daily to the Property Manager to obtain assigned duties for themselves and other cleaning staff

Turning housekeeping reports and keys from checkouts to Property Manager when finished daily

Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies, replenishing supplies as needed for all properties and reporting inventories to the Property Manager for re-ordering purposes

Identifying concerns with equipment or other appliances and notifying the Property Manager as required

Communicate clearly and effectively with the Property Manager to provide excellent service to internal business partners

Complete all tasks safely and efficiently

Provide support to the Property Manager by assisting inspections and making recommendations as needed

Ensure that all equipment and cleaning tools are maintained and are stored as per safety regulations

Other duties as assigned

40 hour work week. Company is offering an annual salary of $66,560 and overtime pay over and above 40 hours per week of work. Company also provides disability benefits, medical, prescriptions drugs, dental, vision care, and life insurance benefits. Flexibility with work schedule is an asset as some job assignment can be early morning, evenings, or weekends. Right candidate must possess a valid driver’s license or be willing to obtain driver’s license. Vehicle will be supplied by the employer. Must have at least 7 months to 1-year related experience.
