Are you looking for a new job in care without the traveling?
Hadley care provides care work exclusively in one care exclusively in one building and you get to know the same residents and develop personal relationships. You will work with the same team on each shift.
We have recently opened our lodge in Bideford and are recruiting for this team.
What we offer:
£250 welcome payment.
£125.40 per night shift you will be able to sleep at times but this is not always guaranteed. Some weekend working is essential. 9pm to 9am.
Holiday entitlement, various shifts, refer a friend scheme, access to free training; we pay for you to complete all essential training and shadow shifts, free DBS, various ad hoc rewards and incentives.
A typical day could include:
- Support with daily activities like washing, dressing, cooking and eating
- clean the property and change linen and laundry
- provide companionship and support to residents
Ability and experience requirements:
-criminal record clearance
-attend our training programme which is paid
- must be at least 18 years of age
