2nd/3rd Line Support Technician - Oxford - Hybrid (2 Office / 3 WFH)
We are looking for an experienced 2nd line support or 3rd line support Technician looking to take the next step in their career to join a successful and rapidly expanding IT company near Oxford.
My client is on an impressive expansion plan and pride themselves on progression and development opportunities.
Summary of the Role:
Remote IT Support
Provide 2nd/3rd line support as appropriate for all incidents and requests.
Provide escalations support when the helpdesk can't resolve the ticket.
Professionally manage incidents through to resolution
Monitor and update all incidents and requests.
Infrequent travel to client sites
Skills/Experience:
Experience supporting and troubleshooting complex environments
Windows Server (2016 - 2022)
Strong networking skills (DHCP / DNS etc.)
Virtualisation
Imaging - SCCM
Cloud technologies - Azure, Intune, AWS
Veeam - Backup solutions
Firewalls
