We are looking for a professional IT Officer, with an experience of working within the hospitality sector, to join our team. The role will vary from IT System support to assist the IT Manager in the day to day operation of the department. Applicant needs to have a ‘can-do’ attitude, willingness to learn and getting involved in work projects.

The role of the IT Officer will include but not limited to:
- Troubleshooting Windows users
- Active Directory management
- Ability to self-manage working day
- Able to meet project deadlines
- To be part of an out of hours rota
You will be a confident communicator with the ability to support your colleagues. You will have a hands-on approach and take a proactive role in order to support needs at all levels. You will have the ability and knowledge to carry out and complete tasks. An excellent knowledge of IT system is essential and experience in Opera hotel system is desirable.
We anticipate applicants will have previous experience as IT Officer or IT Supervisor within a hotel operation.
