We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and well motived individual, as clerical assistant at the Physiotherapy Department, between varied sites.
Excellent communication skills together with the ability to work as part of a team in a busy environment are essential requirements for this post.
The post involves booking/arranging patient appointments, record retrieval, data inputting, cover for lunches/absence on reception duties and all general office duties in support of the Booking Office. Communicating with other clerical staff, therapists and healthcare staff from own and other departments, satellite clinics in community based settings and wards across two main hospital sites.
Previous NHS experience is desirable.
