The Field Service IT Technician works alongside other technicians, and under the leadership of IT Management, to specifically assist our frontline field team with a mixture of forward-looking projects and acre of existing systems. He/she helps make it possible for our team to stay connected and effective while being dispersed on projects throughout the U.S. and to serve our clients best.

- Provide best in class customer and technical support with the objective of always looking for solutions to be more proactive and efficient
- Install, configure, maintain, support, troubleshoot and optimize all field technology
- 90% Travel
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
- Ability to maintain and complete accurate record keeping and processing of paperwork
- Ability to work well independently, as well as follow directions
- Strong communication skills, organizational skills, and time management
- Expert IT troubleshooting skills
- Networking Experience
- VOIP Setup and Troubleshooting Experience
- Expert Level Windows OS Troubleshooting
- Copier Setup and Troubleshooting Experience
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Citrix
- Office 365 – Exchange Online Administration knowledge a plus
- Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards.
