Calling all aspiring IT Support Technicians. Cloud2IT, based in Carnforth, are looking for a passionate IT Support Technician Apprentice to join their growing team.

Cloud2IT provide IT Support, management and maintenance to help take the stress out of IT for businesses. Throughout your IT Support Apprenticeship, you will be installing and configuring new hardware, triaging issues and working closely with the IT team. This is the perfect opportunity for you to kickstart your IT Support career!

In this role, you’ll work towards your IT Support Technician Level 3 qualification delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.

A Typical Day in the Job:

• Triaging issues and user requests via phone, email and the online portal
• Fulfilling requests to agreed delivery timescales
• Escalating issues and requests to the appropriate colleagues
• Installing and configuring new batteries and keyboards
• Keeping the Windows and other apps up to date with new features and keeping them secure.

Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.

Salary, Hours & Benefits:

• £13,00 – £16,000 per annum
• Monday – Friday
• 09:00 – 17:00
• Fully office based
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Onsite parking

Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:

• Passion for IT
• Motivated self-starter
• Written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a small team
• Grade 4/C in Maths and English GCSE or Functional Skills equivalent
