Receptionist – Bamford
£25,000 pro rata
Our Bamford family is looking for a proactive, organised and enthusiastic Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in South Kensington, London.
You will be an integral part of the team responsible for the reception duties of our Bamford Office.
This is a part-time role, based on 24 hours per week, over 3 days.

About you
This is a very varied role so you will be a self-starter and happy to get stuck in. On a day-to-day basis you’ll be responsible for welcoming guests to the office, transferring phone calls and handling post. You will be responsible for the maintenance of the office and coordination of all meeting rooms, open working spaces, whilst providing ad-hoc admin support to the teams and Directors when required.
You will be an ambassador of Bamford representing the friendly face of our organisation and office.
Key responsibilities
- Being present on the front desk at all times.
- Ensuring our lovely office is always well presented
- Replenishment of all office supplies
- Providing clear internal communications to teams in London and the Cotswolds.
- Liaising with guests, suppliers and couriers
- Tracking office expenses
- Supporting with head office starters; team introductions, desk and IT set up.
- Health and safety compliance, liaising with relevant managers to close H&S actions for the office
