We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Global Digital Workplace Services Organisation to help optimise the Global Mobility landscape. Our Project Manager will be responsible for simplifying the solutions offered to Employees, as well as strengthening controls related to device management.
Responsibilities:
As part of the Digital Workplace Services team, you will be responsible for two key efforts:
Creation and deployment of a Global Device Asset Management process (phones and iPads) in line with our Global Policies:
Understand E2E device lifecycle from Ordering to Disposal, including registration, compliance, monitoring and reconciliation.
Work with key partners to ensure processes are executed in line with standard operating procedures.
Engage with the business and HR groups to ensure the right exit processes are followed for device management
Lead and execute the Europe Go To Market strategy for ‘Bring Your Own Mobile’ in new markets:
Liaise with key contacts in country (HR, Legal, GM, Site Leaders etc) to complete country specific assessment
Create commercialisation plans, engage and support Employees as part of deployment
Work with purchases, Mobility provider and carriers to review future needs of services.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Expected Qualifications:
A Bachelors or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Project Mgt or related field
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across the business
Strong project management skills
The ability to work independently as part of multi-location, multi-functional teams
Service & Vendor Management Experience – eg ITIL Service Management Foundation certification
Proficient in English
Preferred but not essential Qualifications:
A history of solving hard problems with creative solutions
IT Stewardship and Compliance knowledge
Portfolio / Project Management Experience eg PMP certification
Managing difficult conversations and setting expectations
