Avaliable Job Today We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Apprentice to join a growing IT team. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable skills, knowledge and experience as you complete a Level 3 Apprenticeship.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Managing and logging all client inventory entering and leaving the offices, handling large deliveries of inventory.
- Ensure the team conduct timely audit of new units, to ensure faulty units are reported within the defined SLA.
- Work with Technical teams mentored by Architects to create efficient build and install routines for the implementation.
- Supervise and lead workshop engineers and conduct technical builds and configuration of equipment.
- Ensure payment entry devices are securely managed and configured for each implementation.
- Post build, manage and package equipment in line with 3rd party logistics companies’ requirements to easily identify units for each of the 200 plus sites.
- Project manage mentored by Project Managers and liaise with 3rd party engineering companies to manage rollout schedules across Europe for installation of equipment. Installs may also happen on a Saturday and Sunday.
- Arrange shipping and logistics paperwork for IT equipment.
- Work with 3rd parties to optimise minimise Import Export duties as all equipment will eventually come back to UK from Europe.
- Work with break fix companies to resolve any DOA or faulty units.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
On the apprentice’s successful completion of the End-Point Assessment (EPA), the apprentice will receive the following:
Level 3 IT Solutions Technician Apprenticeship Certification
This apprenticeship is recognised for entry on to the Register of IT Technicians and those completing their apprenticeships are eligible to apply for registration.
The classroom training for the IT Solutions Technician comprises of 4 modules. The apprentice will attend the training in an online classroom with their designated JBC trainer
