Job description

We have a great opportunity for a talented Delivery & Operations Manager to join our Data Technology team at the John Lewis Partnership (JLP).

The customer is at the centre of everything we do, and using our Data effectively to drive insight helps us personalise the customer experience and make faster, more informed business decisions. To accelerate the realisation of value from our Data, JLP is investing significantly to transform its in-house data engineering capability, whilst moving to Product ways of working. Underpinning this is a rapid data consolidation to our cloud-based data, insight and analytics platform - the Partnership Data Platform (PDP).

Smart use of Data has been key to JLP’s past successes, and will be even more crucial to the future across our Retail, Financial Services, and Build to Rent lines of business. Our vision is to embed data-driven insight and decision making at scale across the Partnership.
