Team Introduction
The IT Crisis Management function is part of the IT Service Operation team. The IT Service Operation team operates as a global operation center responsible for addressing global IT service issues, collaborating with regional operation teams to establish a proactive and intelligent operation service system. This aims to enhance user experience and provide industry-leading operational solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. As the Incident Commander, handle major IT incidents, organize and lead various technical teams to quickly recover services to minimize the impact on business and operations, and meet service level agreements
2. Responsible for the post-major incident reviews and lead technical teams to do the root cause analysis and permanent fix
3. Supporting and nurturing process improvements and improvements
4. Continually maintaining and developing tools and resources to manage major incidents effectively and establish IT DRP for IT key services
5. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation; be flexible to work on nights and weekends, variable schedule, and overtime as necessary
Qualifications
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in information technology, computer, and related majors;
2. 8+ years experience in IT Operations or IT service management processes and at least 3 years experience as an IT incident manager with strong process design capabilities (ITIL Foundation/Expert/PMP).
3. Familiar with network/infrastructure knowledge and experience in IT Disaster Recovery management or HA architecture is a plus.
4. Strategic thinking, energetic, flexible and able to work under pressure (Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and handle pressure well in a fast-paced environment).
5. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team, senior management, and other stakeholders.
