We are currently recruiting for both Trainee and Experienced Bus Drivers for our South London depots (Brixton, Norwood, Thornton Heath.)

Don’t worry if you’ve never driven a bus before – we will provide you with all the training you need, and you’ll earn as you learn! The hourly rate whilst in training will be £11.40 which increases to £13.83 once you’ve completed the training period and then rising year-on-year up to £17.32.

For experienced PCV Drivers we offer a starting hourly rate of £14.52 rising to £17.10.

We’re offering full time opportunities with potential of taking on overtime if you wish to take an additional hours. You will also be supplied with a uniform, training and Development – we have opportunities to develop your experience and your career across the business.

All successful candidates will attend an induction at a local depot which will give you all the training your need including vehicle familiarisation, route learning, ticket machines, customer care, policies and procedures to get you ready to start in your new role as an Arriva Bus Driver.

You’ll need to be over 18 with at least 6 months driving experience and no more than 6 points on your licence. The role will be shift-based which will include evenings and weekends.
