The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our team at The Key Clinic. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with our project managers to gather and document requirements for new projects and provide essential support for ongoing website and mobile app projects. Your insights and analytical expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful delivery of our digital initiatives, enhancing the overall customer experience, and driving the growth of The Key Clinic.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements and Documentation: Work closely with our existing project managers, stakeholders, and end-users to understand business needs, functional requirements, and project objectives.
- Analyse and Validate Requirements: Conduct in-depth analysis of gathered requirements to ensure they are clear, consistent, and aligned with business goals. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements, resolving any conflicts or ambiguities that may arise.
- Project Scope Definition: Assist our project managers in defining the project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Support the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Requirements Prioritisation: Work with the project managers to prioritise requirements based on business value and project constraints. Help in making informed decisions regarding feature implementation and delivery sequence.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, developers, designers, and quality assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure that all parties have a clear understanding of the requirements and project objectives.
- Change Management: Assess and manage change requests during the project lifecycle. Evaluate the impact of changes on project scope, schedule, and resources. Work with the team to address changes effectively while minimising disruptions.
- Testing Support: Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop test scenarios and test cases based on documented requirements. Assist in the validation of test results and ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in requirement gathering and project management. Implement best practices to enhance overall project delivery.
Skills:
- Tools: Proficiency in using Jira project management software, and other relevant business analysis tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret complex business needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in requirement documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Domain Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare, clinic management, or related industries is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on requirement gathering and documentation. Experience in website and mobile app projects is a plus.
