Job Title: IT Business Analyst

Salary: £27,000 per annum
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in the UK.
Sponsorship is available for candidates from outside the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, information technology systems, and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for technical solutions
- Analyse business processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization
- Create business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications
- Work with technical teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements
- Develop test plans and participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet quality standards
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather and document requirements
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Experience working on sponsorships or government-funded projects is a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Knowledge preferred but not essential, of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
