IT ADMINISTRATOR – 9AM-5PM – MONDAY TO FRIDAY

Want to join our team? We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated individual to help our teams across Swansea and Bridgend.

As an IT Administrator. You will need to be a confident, hardworking individual as you will need to communicate with co-workers, management, directors, and 3rd party suppliers.

You will be the main point of contact for IT issues throughout the business, you will assist our users at our Vauxhall, Peugeot, DS, Mazda and The Car Warehouse branches with any issues they may have. These include but are not limited to the following.

· Day to day admin of creating, resetting, deleting users from various systems within the business

· Daily extraction from business systems to update logs and databases

· Helping users with day-to-day issues.

· Network support including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems

· Hardware support including printers, laptops, desktops, ipads

· Software support including office, browser, inhouse databases & workshop programming tools.

· CCTV – Helping to maintain functioning systems.

· Telephone system support

· Supporting other departments where needed

Driving license and own car preferred (Mileage reimbursed) as you will be visiting our Bridgend branch weekly.

The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS basic disclosure. Disclosure expense will be met by the employer.
