This post offers an exciting opportunity for an organised and motivated person to join the Pharmacy Homecare Medicines team.
We are looking for someone who is able to provide high quality support through the checking of documentation of goods received, checking prices charged, processing pharmacy invoices for authorisation of payment by Finance and pursing outstanding invoices and credit notes. To provide general administrative and filing duties..
You will need to be self-motivated with a commitment to delivering high quality work and be able and willing to work to tight deadlines, with an ability to prioritise workloads to ensure these are met. You will need to be flexible in your approach to work, able to adapt to and succeed in frequently changing circumstances.
To assist the Chief Pharmacist in providing comprehensive specialist pharmaceutical care and medicines management by the provision of safe, appropriate and effective pharmacy services within North West Anglia Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, and areas supplied under Service Level Agreements, ensuring compliance with current medicines legislation.

The position is a customer-facing role requiring a strong customer service work ethic and commitment to being proactive and positive at all times
Accountable for the management and provision of a comprehensive and efficient purchase ledger service to the Homecare Medicines Service, ensuring that invoices are paid in accordance with the Public Sector Payment Policy as cash flows permit.
