YOU-CAS LTD have an opportunity for several Care and Support Workers to work with our clients who need support within the community and in a communal living setting. Providing personal care and emotional support. Experience not essential as full training will be given.

Your duties:
- Helping with the preparation of meals, drinks, and snacks when necessary.
- Assisting with personal care.
- Aiding with other tasks of personal daily living that the service user cannot manage and providing general support as part of a caring team.
- Encouraging and assisting with the management of medication, administering where necessary and monitoring health-related conditions such as dietary & fluid intake.
- Helping service users with mobility difficulties, or other physical disabilities, including incontinence. This includes the use of aids and other personal equipment.
- To maintain accurate and timely records.
- To liaise and maintain positive working relationships with clients and care staff.

- Experience: Some previous experience of support working would be an advantage.

- UK valid driving licence essential.

- Must be flexible.
- 7am starts are needed from time to time as is evening work at times (9pm finish).
- Alternate weekend working is required.
- Beneficial If you have had your Covid Vaccinations, however not essential.
