Your role
We are looking for an Investment Specialist to :
- manage distribution efforts for new product launches and existing funds on the shelf, ensuring that client relationship managers are well-equipped with product and asset class information to sell MMRE funds and separately managed accounts
- work closely with institutional, wholesale and wealth management channels to drive new opportunities and contribute to the completion of Request for Proposals (RFPs)
- prepare for and participate in investor meetings, usually acting as an asset class specialist alongside the portfolio management team
- be an SME and first port of call for all real estate/product queries and requests from internal and external stakeholders
- work with real estate investment teams to create client-oriented material including pitchbooks, DDQs, track records and other investor collateral

Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM) comprises over 500 talented people, managing USD 129 billion of AuM. REPM represents one of the largest asset managers investing in the real assets space worldwide. REPM provides an integrated client experience through the joint expertise of the Direct Real Estate and Direct Infrastructure as well as Multi-Manager solutions in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Equity and Private Credit. Today, the REPM Investment Specialist team has members on the ground in Zurich, Italy, Germany, London, New York, Hartford, Tokyo and Singapore.

Your expertise
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience preferably in real estate, private equity or other private markets asset classes
- german language skills would be a plus
- strong analytical and judgment skills, with the ability to work accurately under pressure
- curious about the alternatives industry and real estate as an asset class and willing to expand responsibilities over time
- proven ability to take responsibility and stay focused on objectives with a can-do attitude
- comfortable working independently, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- flexible and known for coping well with a multi-tasking role
- well organized and able to work with different stakeholders
