Job description

Legacie Management & Lettings is part of the Legacie group of companies. At Legacie, we pride ourselves on providing high end development opportunities for investors, where we provide an end-to-end service, from the physical construction of developments, through to managing the blocks, and finding and managing tenants for our landlords.

We are experiencing rapid growth as we continue on our journey, and as a result we require passionate people to come and work with us in our growing Lettings Team.

To provide an excellent, effective and customer focussed lettings and voids management service to customers. To ensure property's are let within agreed targets and in line with relevant policies, procedures with a focus on sustaining tenancies and minimising void loss.

Main responsibilities:

1. Answering incoming calls and dealing with general requests for information/property enquiries from Landlords or Tenants ensuring queries are directed to the relevant team member and dealt with in full and in a timely manner.

2. Answering colleague’s calls when they are unavailable and taking messages.

3. Conducting pre check out and final check out inspections and associated administrative duties.

4. Conducting pre tenancy inventory reports and associated administrative duties.

5. Assisting property managers where necessary including administration, viewings, site assistance, move in assistance.

6. To meet or exceed service standard and key performance indicators associated with the role.

7. To act as the face of our developments engaging with all types of customers in a positive manner ensuring that the highest levels of customer care and service are maintained at all times.

8. Participate in learning and development activities that promote personal effectiveness and improving performance in the role.

9. Assisting senior staff in the preparation of reports as required.

10. Liaise as required with professionals from external agencies in matters relating to tenancies or property management.

11. Contacting utility companies to help resolve bill queries.

12. Managing the movement of keys for empty properties.

13. Keeping all relevant databases and spreadsheets up to date.

14. Keeping all lettings packs and inserts up-to-date and replenished.

15. General office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, compiling lettings/tenancy packs, typing and amending documents.

Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Preferred Criteria

· Full Driving Licence and daily use of a vehicle

· An individual who is resilient, well organised, and able to handle both challenging and sensitive conversations with customers.

· Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written

· Exceptional time management and organisation skills

· Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications

· Experience of the lettings/property industry

· Willing to work additional hours where needed to continue providing an exceptional service

· Eagerness towards learning and developing

· The ability to manage their own workload

· A team-player who is prepared to go the extra mile

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
