POSITION SUMMARY
We are looking for a creative, innovative and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This highly collaborative role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your digital marketing expertise and skills within the healthcare industry to attract, acquire and retain customers, while making a positive impact on the lives of patients living with chronic health conditions.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and business growth through paid, earned and owned channels. These include organic search, paid search, display, remarketing, email, organic and paid social. You will also be responsible for developing content for these channels as well as measuring and reporting on your campaigns. This position reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that support the organization’s strategy, goals and objectives, working in partnership with key stakeholders, the marketing team and external agencies. This includes creating multi-channel programs across websites, search, social media, and email.
- Create and deploy compelling content for social media posts and stories including developing graphics and templates. Execute content calendar that includes educational content, events with not-for-profit partners, healthcare industry events, continuing education courses, holidays and other important observances.
- Manage customer engagement and our online reputation through social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn) as well as 3rd party review sites (Google, Bing, Yelp, BBB). As the voice of the customer, ensure comments are responded to in a timely manner and escalate internally as needed.
- Manage email marketing campaigns (end-to-end) using 3rd party email marketing platform. Support advancements in email marketing by leveraging email automation to develop prospect and customer journeys, segmentation, dynamic content, personalization and A/B testing.
- Manage the digital marketing calendar and campaigns using Monday.com project management tool to provide visibility to the business and ensure timelines and deadlines are achieved.
- Support search engine optimization activities including creating blog articles via 3rd party agency, publishing blogs to the websites, as well as publishing SEO updates provided by the agency.
- Support customer acquisition activities across paid search, remarketing, display and paid social by creating compelling ad copy and landing pages.
- Track and report on digital campaign performance through dashboards and ad hoc reports. Optimize campaigns based on data to improve KPIs.
- Monitor online and social channels for key competitors and report findings to the business.
- Analyze new digital marketing and social media trends and make recommendations to the business.
- Support marketing team with adding, editing, and removing website content, images, banners, and landing pages as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 to 3 years of digital marketing experience in a similar role.
- Must have strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with SEO tools and best practices.
- Certifications in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), a plus.
- Technically inclined, curious, and creative.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
