We are looking for a creative, innovative and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic marketing team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This highly collaborative role is an exciting opportunity to leverage your digital marketing expertise and skills within the healthcare industry to attract, acquire and retain customers, while making a positive impact on the lives of patients living with chronic health conditions.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and business growth through paid, earned and owned channels. These include organic search, paid search, display, remarketing, email, organic and paid social. You will also be responsible for developing content for these channels as well as measuring and reporting on your campaigns. This position reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in digital media, marketing, computer science, or equivalent work experience.
- 2 to 3 years of digital marketing experience in a similar role.
- Must have strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in social media platforms, content management systems, email marketing and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design tools.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with SEO tools and best practices.
- Certifications in Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, a plus.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, patient privacy laws, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR), a plus.
- Technically inclined, curious, and creative.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
