As the University continues to attract increased numbers of international students, we see an increasing demand for support for our international student population.

The International Advice and Compliance team provide immigration advice, visa advice and guidance to international students as well as the wider University community.
The International Advice and Compliance team is seeking to recruit an International Advice Coordinator to coordinate and provide day to day administrative support within international advisory team. This will involve liaising with the students as the first point of contact for enquiries and coordinating the administrative processes to support the International Student Advisors deliver the support service.
The International Advice Coordinator will assist with the delivery of an excellent frontline international student experience as part of an experienced team. They role holder will be responsible for the provision of administrative support to enhance the service delivery to the University’s international student population. This will include triaging student enquiries, signposting as appropriate to the international student advisors or areas of support, arranging student appointments, updating the webpages with relevant information, maintaining visa extension spreadsheets and assisting with the management and cover for the reception desk and drop in enquiries.
Salary will be at the appropriate point on the Grade 4, (£25,742 - £29,605 per annum) and negotiable with placement according to qualifications and experience.
