We are an Internal Recruitment Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition Manager. As the coordinator, you will play a vital role in sourcing highly skilled candidates for a variety of data and IT positions. With a focus on data recruitment, you will be responsible for building relationships with candidates, conducting interviews, and performing HR administrative tasks such as offer management.
Main Purpose:
- Source highly skilled Data & Analytics freelancers for clients and the internal company hires
- Build relationships with candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn
- Screen and interview candidates by phone, online or in-person
- Write and post job advertisements to meet hiring manager needs
- Conduct reference checks for potential candidates
- Network with potential candidates and source referrals from employees and external candidates
- Ensure employee contracts are up-to-date and in compliance with the back-office team in Prague
- Check eligibility to work status
- Attend data networking event to build talent pool
Skill Required:
- Previous experience in an internal or agency recruitment role
- Data recruitment experience is essential
- Ability to use LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with candidate/HR database/CRM systems
- Understanding of IR35
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional personal presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized with strong administrative skills
