Location : Remote with monthly visits to City Of London Office

Salary : Up to £80K (DOE)
My client is a London based cloud technology company, helping to keep people safe online. They work with cloud providers and their customers to secure the building blocks of the internet, by offering consulting, training and products related to cloud native development, security and operations.
Seeking an experienced Recruiter to work with our leadership team and Heads of Department. You will be assisting with the hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff as the company grows, and maintaining good relationships with external recruiters. You will work directly with management and senior leadership to help complete the quarterly hiring goals and annual hiring strategy. You will be accountable for bringing quality candidates into the interview process, managing candidates through the process and onboarding successful new members of the team.
Responsiblities :
Meeting the hiring needs of a growing technology business across a number of countries
Promote and exhibit our ebullient team spirit and company culture
Source candidates by attending the fantastic community meetups we attend, sponsor, or run, including but not limited to Cloud Native London, Kubernetes London, Istio London, Threat Modelling London, DevSecCon London, DevSecOps London Gathering, and national or international events
Manage relationships with our pool of external recruiters, including managing the interview process for candidates introduced by them
Provide research and information on general recruitment market trends
Develop a deep understanding of what attributes are needed by candidates to successfully pass our interview process, increasing efficiency in the process by reducing the number of unsuccessful candidates Provide a best-in-class onboarding experience for new starters; act as a point of reference for employees during their first days in the company, and offboard departing employees
Who you are :
Essential to have at least 3-5 years experience within Technology recruitment, ideally with small business / start-ups
High advantage to have cloud native sector experience. You will have experience of working with small businesses and/or technology start-ups, and be comfortable performing a variety of duties, with tech savviness being a must.
Strong organisational, planning, multi-tasking and time management skills
Aptitude for mapping candidates' skills and aspirations to our requirements to ensure individuals thrive while working here
Ability to represent the high standards of the company by producing and editing job descriptions and copy
Experience analysing and updating documentation, developing internal processes, and cataloguing information
Pride in technology use - early adoption of new technologies, excellent grasp of Google Workspace (GSuite) applications, MS Office Suite and other office productivity tools, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
