The Chief Security Office (CSO) plays a vital role in delivering Lloyds Banking Group's vision of putting customers at the heart of everything we do, helping Britain prosper, and protecting the Group and its customers and suppliers from security threats. It's responsible for defining and communicating the Group's security strategy and providing dedicated support and constructive challenge to business areas to ensure the delivery of an effective and compliant security risk management framework.
The Intelligence Team responds to requirements from across the Group, supports security incidents, major transformation projects, and security initiatives.
In this meaningful role you'll partner with physical, cyber, and personnel security teams, the wider intelligence community, and teams across our business to build positive relationships and ensure we benefit from the intelligence you and your team collect, process, analyse and disseminate.

Essential:
- Ability to work at pace and deliver quality intelligence outputs under tight time constraints
- Practical intelligence experience in the public and/or private sectors and/or professional qualifications/degree-holder with working experience of the intelligence cycle and intelligence methodologies
- Experience with recent cyber-threats and an excellent understanding of Cyber Security industry related best practice
- Good understanding of the cyber threat landscape, including current threat actors and their modus operandi
- Excellent communication skills, particularly the ability to write and present complex threat and intelligence findings concisely and clearly to security professionals and senior readers
- Experience with conducting research from a wide range of open and closed source intelligence sources
- Experience updating, creating and documenting effective processes, particularly around the use of new technology and automation
Desirable:
- Experience with common tools such as ticketing tools and data visualisation applications
- An understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK Framework and working with threat actor tactics, techniques and procedures
- Familiarity with threat intelligence analysis tools and techniques, including estimative analysis, the Diamond Model, Virus Total, Splunk, Sentential One and Threat Intelligence Platforms
