ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Extensive knowledge of modelling, retopologizing, blendshape creation and UVing assets in a 3d software (Maya preferred).
- Great knowledge of rigging and paintweights.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
- Understanding of a game engine (Unity preferred).
- Willingness to learn new techniques and workflows.
- Understanding of technical art constraints, tools, and best practices.
- Good artistic skills with good understanding of basic anatomy, composition, colour and lighting.
- Adept with Adobe Photoshop.
- A game-focused portfolio.
- Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- A passion for games!

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating blendshapes for existing assets.
- Binding created 3D assets to a pre-existing rig.
- Importing and setting up assets into the Unity game engine.
- Setting up dynamic bone and cloth systems to clothing assets.
- Testing assets in engine and on mobile devices.
- Tracking and updating server data for character and clothing assets.
MAJOR PLUSES
- BA in Animation/Art, related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience developing using Unity.
- Scripting in any language is a bonus.
- Examples of realistic characters and clothing (modelling and texturing).
- Adept with high-detail sculpting packages (Z-brush preferred).
- Experienced in using Marvellous Designer.
- Skilled with PBR texture workflows and creation (Substance Painter preferred).
- The ability to rig and animate.
- Great examples of environment and prop creation (modelling and texturing).
- Ability to adapt to different art styles as required to follow concept art or design specs.
- An interest in AR & VR technology.
- Familiarity with an Agile based development processes.
