Responsibilities
Responsibilities- Accurately enter, amend, and update data onto their systems.
- Creating document templates using information sourced from files
- Managing day to day correspondence with clients, ensuring work is prioritised, and completed within the correct time frame
- Creating electronic and paper files
- Quality control – document checking.
- Data entry
- Reviewing claims
- Processing and calculating premiums

Requirements
Key Requirements- Previous experience within insurance is highly desirable
- High attention to detail, with the ability to analyse key information.
- Aptitude for working with numbers
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
