We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Chef de Partie to join their vibrant team, working on a full-time basis. Candidates must be flexible to work a variety of shifts including weekends, nights and bank holidays.
- Management of a section during service
- Keep high hygiene standards
- Follow the stock rotation
- Manage your M.E.P
- Prepare and finish specified dishes to the highest standards, at the appropriate times in the required quantities, in a cost effective manner
- Check food products received and to store according to company procedure
- Be dedicated and able to work in a pressured environment
- Work well in a team with good communication skill
- Be creative but also need to be able to follow recipes
- Experience in a similar position is preferred.
