Oxford
Full time role - 35 hours a week.
Salary £20,000-£30,000. (Dependent on experience)
The Project PT is an independent, women owned gym in the heart of Oxford. Our vision is one driven by social consciousness, community spirit, and empowerment, rather than aesthetics, weight loss and individualism. We are now looking to grow our team and are looking to hire a Youth Work Coach to join us in Oxford. Do you have a passion for empowering through fitness? Do you want to support young girls to build a positive relationship with physical activity? Work with young people at risk of CCE, becoming NEET. Provide them with a place to build on their personal strengths? Qualifications in Youth Work, Fitness and Tutoring are desirable but not essential. A passion for Youth Justice, Strength Training and Sport is essential. If you’re not qualified in fitness or youth work an apprentice option will be available, you will still be paid a full time salary. Besides the opportunity of working for a purpose led organisation with great values + culture, here are some other benefits:
-Take your birthday and a loved one's birthday off work every year plus your holiday entitlement increases every year.
∙Quarterly team outings to local restaurants and adventure centres.
∙Opportunities to complete FREE CPD qualifications through our sister company.
∙Weekly team training sessions with focus on fitness, EDI, social impact and more.
∙Free membership at our gyms for a loved one.
