INTERNAL SALES SUPPORT - Office based in Buckingham. Basic salary starting from £30k, plus bonus.

We focus on high-quality products at good prices and are passionate about providing a great customer experience. We have a friendly, supportive, and fun sales team and we are looking for a highly motivated member of the sales support team to further expand our market share and customer base.
THE ROLE
Sales support function is a valuable part of the sales team, playing an important role in coordinating quotes and pre-sales tender packs, tracking sales leads. Also supporting post-sales activities, such as coordinating deliveries and managing customer service levels.
· To provide technical assistance and advice to customers in relation to all Sliding Door Hardware products.
· To provide technical assistance and advice to customers in relation to sizing and produce detailed quotations.
· Produce Quotes from inbound emails & calls.
· Responsible for receipt and processing of sales orders via email & phone.
· Responsible for post-order correspondence with customers ensuring delivery dates are up to date.
· Carry out proactive telesales for quote follow up.
