Job description

In Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) we are delivering a radical transformation programme to support people with mental health needs to get the help they need quickly and close to home. We are establishing new Integrated Mental Health Teams (IMHTs) to bring NHS, social care and Voluntary and Community leads together to join up care and meet the breadth of people’s needs.

We are seeking a lead with exceptional partnership, influencing and communication skills to establish these teams across BNSSG. You will need to be adept at working closely with a diverse range of partners, including Experts by Experience, to ensure that teams provide trauma informed and culturally inclusive care that supports of all of BNSSG’s communities, particularly those experiencing the greatest inequalities.

You will have strong programme management skills, and will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the IMHT transformation, including commissioning; human resources; finance; estates and digital workstreams; establishing robust governance arrangements; and ensuring strong coproduction with Lived Experience partners.

You will work with leads across BNSSG, including close working with our six Locality Partnerships, where these teams will be hosted.
