We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who possesses strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Creation/upkeep of migration schedules and liaison with global migration teams to keep them accurate (mix of Excel and SN)
- Develop/ upkeep migration tracking, forecasting & reporting process for senior management (mix of Excel and SN)
- Basic upkeep/admin of our migration tracking tool (ServiceNow module) and future improvements (e.g. permissions, changes to SN modules, liaising with the SN development team)
- Assist with updates to program communications templates and presentation decks
- Assist with Risks & Issues tracking in a project Kanban Board
- Run quarterly retrospectives with the global project team and assist with tracking recommended actions
- Facilitate updates to technical and project process documentation (i.e. internal project team process and procedures) updates – how-tos; may need to start new for Windows 11; the audience for document – core LCM team and operational support teams; yearly update for LCM; ~20-25 processes and procedures
- Regular status reporting via the Portfolio Management system (SmartSheets)
The role requires to work from the office 4 days per week. Office location: London, UK.
- 1+ of basic project management/project planner experience required
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable preparing information for higher levels of management
- Ability to cope under pressure
Nice to have
- Experience with a previous large-scale Windows or equivalent migration project
- Experience with Service Now and/or Smartsheets
- PRINCE2, PMP, or Scrum Master qualification
- Previous experience in the financial domain
