INTERNAL SALES CO-ORDINATOR - £28 – 30K
Monday to Friday 9 till 5 - Finish at 4pm every Friday!
Our client is a market leader with over 50 years’ experience. They specialise in chemical ingredients with various industries in the UK and overseas. They are now looking to add a new member to their Team. The role will be office based and report directly into the Sales Manager and be based in a really friendly and supportive environment. They are looking for a bright and bubbly Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join the team.
The Internal Sales Co-ordinator role is an exciting role and is not a “hard sell” You will manage existing accounts and develop new accounts by keeping in touch with the customer base and key accounts. The role is informing clients of new products and incentives and keeping in touch regularly. The ideal Internal Sales Co-ordinator could have a strong customer service background or have worked in sales or account management but now want a role without the constant pressure of hitting targets. Our client offers a good basic salary with a yearly bonus. The Internal Sales Co-ordinator will be positive and enthusiastic and genuinely enjoy talking over the phone and developing positive customer relationships.
The Duties:
· Handling new and existing customer queries and enquiries. Maintaining strong customer relationships
· Informing existing clients about new products on a regular basis. Identifying other areas of potential sales
· Chasing quotations, order processing, reporting
· Managing own workload to ensure all orders are handled in a professional and polite manner
· Dealing with any customer enquiries and managing and updating client database
· Liaising with marketing team at Head Office in Ireland
· Working to deadlines and being main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process and maintaining good after care
· Liaise with field sales staff to ensure all information is communicated
