Being a part of the IFCE Innovation Team means you get the opportunity to lead the Cabin Crew roadmap and plans containing exciting initiatives relating to performance, talent, development, leadership, recognition and much more. You’d be undertaking a key role in a team that prides itself on fresh-thinking and creativity, that ultimately seeks to support our cabin crew to be their best and enables our ground teams to lead, support and recognise our crew.
We have lots of exciting projects in the pipeline and to make these happen we’re looking for a positive, can-do individual to join the team who thrives to keep projects on track against fast-paced deadlines! So, if you have proven project management skills, you are an effective leader, communicator and influencer and can work with stakeholders at all levels, plus you have a creative mind, this opportunity could be for you.
