Bio:
SevenSix Agency is an influencer marketing and talent management agency with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Founded in 2019, SevenSix has worked with brands such as PROPER, Greenpeace, Bumble, Meta and Pinterest. The agency provides consultancy services to brands and influencers, centred around representation in advertising and how to create purpose-led campaigns that generate a positive impact. It runs an influencer partnerships and management division with a sole goal of amplifying the visibility and work of some of the globe’s most exciting content creators and their unique perspectives.
Position: Talent Assistant
Location: Hybrid - London

Key tasks:
Talent Organisation:
- Outreaching / Replying to brands for talent gifting and organising the deliveries.
- Diary management for all rostered talent events.
- Managing the calendar for rostered talent campaigns.
- Maintain track of information
- Full admin responsibility
Responsibilities:
- Assist with weekly newsletter copy regarding rostered talent and their campaigns.
- Working with the Head of Talent to secure brand partnership opportunities for rostered talent.
- Engaging on all talent campaigns via SevenSix’s social media accounts
- Managing and nurturing existing client relationships and foster new relationships, both internally with our roster of clients, and externally with brand partners.
- Remaining informed of industry trends, events and deals that are being procured by talent from within the SevenSix family and externally, within the digital space is paramount
- Proactively working to improve and streamline processes and accessibility of information

Skills and Experience:
- Efficiently manages workload and projects within set timelines and to agreed budget, achieving set objectives. (Budget management training will be provided)
- Must have knowledge of the influencer industry and a strong understanding of social media marketing.
- Exhaustive knowledge of social media platforms such as, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok
- The ability to work in a reactive and fast-paced environment with strong organisation skills
- Excellent command of written English, both creatively and grammatically
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
